The ideal candidate will serve as a key member of the HR team, providing expert support in the areas of employee administration, data management, and process optimization.
Main ResponsibilitiesKey responsibilities include:
- Providing accurate and efficient support for all employee lifecycle events, including onboarding, general administration, and termination.
- Administering complex HR data systems, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
- Partnering with Business HR, people leaders, and other stakeholders to manage employee lifecycle change.
- Completing necessary HR administrative actions in accordance with payroll cycle, Service Level Agreements, and Management Information.
- Identifying and implementing opportunities for process simplification and improvement.
Qualified candidates will possess:
- Experience in business administration support or a related field.
- Knowledge of database systems, preferably in people data administration.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- English proficiency level minimum B2.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
