About the Job:

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a German-speaking Technical Support Specialist.

Job Summary:

As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support for various products and systems, troubleshooting issues related to solar PV systems, and collaborating with operations to resolve customer issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support for various products and systems via calls, emails, and chats.
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose issues related to solar PV systems, including optimizers, inverters, communication systems, EV chargers, and energy storage solutions.
  • Collaborate with operations to authorize the release of parts needed to resolve customer issues.
  • Update the knowledge base with new troubleshooting information discovered during customer interactions.
  • Document all activities in the ticketing system and other software platforms.

Requirements:

- 2 years of experience in customer service or technical support.

- Basic understanding of IP network technology.

- Experience with solar energy products or similar technologies is a plus.
