About This Role

We are seeking a German speaking IT Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will provide technical support to our German-speaking clients, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues in a timely and efficient manner. As the first point of contact for our customers, you will play a crucial role in ensuring their IT issues are resolved quickly and efficiently, while delivering a high level of customer satisfaction.

The Ideal Candidate

We are looking for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and has a strong background in technical support. You will need to have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues. Key Responsibilities

  1. Provide technical support to German-speaking clients via chat, email, and MS Teams.
  2. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  3. Work collaboratively with back-office teams to handle escalations and resolve complex issues.
  4. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
