Key Responsibilities:

  • Create, renew, and terminate service contracts and extended warranties
  • Modify existing contracts to ensure seamless execution of pricing and billing information
  • Verify customer entitlements and issue invoices and credit/debit notes as needed
  • Connect the correct installed products and receive, monitor, and close service requests efficiently
  • Develop and maintain high standards of telephone conversations and written communications with customers and service providers

Requirements:
