We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Experience Specialist.

Job Description

  • Deliver exceptional customer service via phone, email, or chat.
  • Address contract and billing inquiries thoroughly and efficiently.
  • Deal with outbound calls for administrative tasks such as gathering feedback or late payment calls.
  • Provide technical support for streaming services.
  • Serve B2B and B2C clients on inbound calls as first and second-line support.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Norwegian Language, C1 level or higher.
  • Fluency in English Language, B2 level or higher.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving.
  • Service-oriented thinking with focus on customer experience.
  • Min. 6 months of experience in customer service.
  • Performing soft selling and upselling.
  • Administrative and technical knowledge.
  • Previous Customer Service experience.
  • Skills for efficient navigation of the internet and MS Office applications.
  • Personnel culture and a positive attitude.

Working Hours

Shift Basis Monday to Friday 08:00 – 20:00 and Weekends 10:00 – 18:00 (5 days a week, 8.5 hours a day including breaks).
