Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Account Manager to join our team in Poland. As a key member of our EU Expansion team, you will be responsible for onboarding and developing our largest selling partners on Amazon's marketplace in Poland and scaling their business internationally.

This role requires a unique blend of sales and analytical skills, as you will focus on analyzing sales and traffic data to identify opportunities for growth and working with internal stakeholders to develop new services, processes, systems, and tools for our 3rd-party selling partners.

About the Role
  • You will proactively source and identify high-potential deals on Amazon that can drive sales and profitability for the business.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to create and schedule targeted deals and promotions on Amazon to maximize visibility and conversions.
  • Monitor Amazon marketplace trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities for deals and discounts.

We are looking for someone who is highly organized, results-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. The successful candidate will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong analytical skills, and experience solving complex problems.

The salary for this position is estimated to be around €55,000-€70,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. This figure takes into account the current market conditions in Poland and the requirements of the role.

Requirements
  • Fluency in Polish and English (verbal & written).
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Economics, Engineering or related degree required.
  • Min. 2-3 years on the job experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to explain complex concepts simply.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience solving analytical problems, either in professional experience (data analysis) or education.
  • Strong MS Excel skills.
  • Excellent negotiation skills as well as assertiveness.
  • Ability to drive successful projects with a wide range of people at all decision-making levels.
  • Motivation and decision-making in a highly dynamic environment.
  • Ability to thrive in an ambiguous environment.
Preferred Qualifications
  1. High level of academic achievement at degree level. Master's Degree is a Plus.
  2. Retail/technology/eCommerce/FMCG background preferred but not essential.
  3. We are happy to consider candidates with diverse backgrounds changing their career path.
  4. Basic experience using Salesforce or other CRM tool.
  5. SQL skills.
