We are ZOOMLION, a global market leader in heavy industry machinery. Our sales and business development team is expanding, and we are seeking a highly skilled individual to fill the role of Strategic Sales and Business Growth Manager.

About the Job

This key position involves building and maintaining relationships with end customers and companies to identify new business opportunities. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing public relations, managing customer files, and analyzing competitor information to promote sales.

Responsibilities:
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor data to inform business decisions.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet targets.
  • PARTICIPATE IN COMMERCIAL NEGOTIATIONS for key projects.
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Familiarity with local markets and construction machinery knowledge.
  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in marketing, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or international business.
  • Excellent English language proficiency in speech and writing.
  • Skill in coordinating leasing operations (preferable).
  • Ability to take responsibility and communicate effectively.
  • Valid driving license.

Estimated Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 per year
