HedgeServ is a leading global fund administrator with a strong focus on delivering exceptional investor services. As an Investor Services Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest quality of service is delivered to both clients and investors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review investor transaction instructions to ensure all necessary information is included and advise Investor Services Administrators when follow-up is required.
  • Liaise with investors to obtain fully executed transaction instructions and ensure subscription proceeds are received in a timely manner.
  • Review AML/KYC, FATCA/CRS documentation provided by investors and escalate to Manager and MLRO where necessary.
  • Review investor transactions on HedgeInvestor, HedgeServ's proprietary Investor Services System.
  • Reconcile subscription/redemption bank accounts daily and take appropriate action to clear any items.
  • Review wire transfer instructions for all payments processed and assist with bank account openings and closures for clients.
  • Prepare investor reports, including Investor Statements and Contract Notes, and client reports, including Capital Activity Reports and ERISA Reports.
  • Identify areas for improvement in processes, personnel, and structure and discuss with Investor Services Manager and Director.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 3 years' experience working in a hedge fund administration firm with experience in all aspects of the role of an Investor Services Administrator.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, analytical and problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines, be flexible, and work effectively both within a team structure and independently.
