Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior PMO Officer to join our team. As a key member of our Project Management Office, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful delivery of our projects and programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support strategic project managers in tracking project progress and milestones
  • Ensure deliverables and documentation are in place
  • Output project status reports and other regular reports
  • Implement and improve project governance arrangements and communication
  • Support project managers in budget preparation
  • Manage PPM Tool and perform project resource management tasks
  • Evaluate project management maturity and recommend improvements
  • Supply knowledge on PMO standards and tools to new project managers
  • Cooperate with international colleagues to achieve excellent IT project delivery
Requirements
  • Fluency in English
  • 5+ years of experience in PMO, preferably in IT-related environments
  • Experience working in multinational environments using a foreign language daily
  • Proven track record of E2E participation in complex projects or portfolio management office experience
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience in Agile or Waterfall methodology
  • Experience in using SharePoint, Confluence, JIRA tools
  • Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail
  • Proactive attitude, ability to learn new expertise in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong experience in stakeholder management and interpersonal communication skills
