We are seeking a highly skilled Key Account Coordinator to join our team. As a Key Account Coordinator, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to maintain and grow key accounts.

Job Description:

The Key Account Coordinator will work closely with the sales team to identify opportunities to increase revenue from existing customers. You will also be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with key decision-makers at these accounts.

Your primary objective will be to develop and execute plans to retain and expand existing business with key customers. This includes analyzing customer needs, identifying new business opportunities, and creating strategic plans to achieve growth objectives.

In addition to your sales skills, you will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external customers alike.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Certification or third-level diploma in a related field such as business management, economics, or technical
  • 3 years of working experience within the procurement/logistic environment
  • Strong written and verbal English and Polish communication skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft applications (Outlook, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint etc.)

You will also possess a positive, professional approach and the ability to perform tasks with minimal direction and guidance. Self-motivation and a willingness to help are essential, as is a customer-focused mindset.
