About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Account Manager to join our dynamic team in Wrocław. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for re-engaging dormant accounts and uncovering new opportunities within our existing customer base.

Your primary goal will be to revitalise inactive accounts and drive customer engagement through proactive contact and account management. This will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences and ensure cohesive sales strategies.

To succeed in this role, you will need to be highly organised with excellent communication skills, capable of managing multiple accounts and tasks effectively.

You will also be responsible for identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products, driving customers to purchase better versions of previously purchased products and new offerings.

As a Sales Account Manager at TN Poland, you will have the opportunity to work on a named account basis, ensuring clear accountability and personalised account management to build and maintain strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Re-engage dormant accounts and uncover new opportunities within our existing customer base
  • Revitalise inactive accounts and drive customer engagement through proactive contact and account management
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences and ensure cohesive sales strategies
  • Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products, driving customers to purchase better versions of previously purchased products and new offerings
  • Manage multiple accounts and tasks effectively, ensuring timely and accurate updates to customer records
