Join Our Team as a Junior Operations Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior Operations Executive to join our dynamic team in Poland. As a key player in our Courier Operations Team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our partners, creating a high-performing fleet, and aligning our OPS strategy with our partners.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain relationships with our main partners, including the courier fleet, fleet partners, and equipment suppliers.
  • Create, onboard, and maintain a high-performing fleet with excellent client service.
  • Align our OPS strategy, day-to-day work, OKRs, and targets with our partners.
  • Manage centralized tasks with our partners, including meetings, reporting, and quality control.
  • Support registration conversion and new user sourcing.
  • Develop and optimize processes to allow our partners and us to scale quickly and efficiently.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to develop new features and ensure an amazing user experience.
What We Need from You:
  • Interest and initial experience in operations, logistics, or transport.
  • Academic background in Engineering, Economics, Logistics, Business, or equivalent job experience.
  • Great analytical skills with proven experience in Excel.
  • Self-motivation and a results-driven attitude.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Confidence in owning, managing, and developing relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to take ownership of assigned projects and manage them to a larger scale.
  • Business awareness and ability to rapidly identify opportunities for improvement and provide creative solutions.
  • Willingness to travel up to 30% of the time.
  • Fluent Polish and very good English required. Ukrainian and/or Russian language skills a plus.
