Job Title: Office Administrator
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team at PSI in Warsaw. As an Office Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations, and maintaining a professional and welcoming environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Liaise with vendors, landlord, and company support services to manage office operations and maintenance
- Receive and route incoming calls, greet visitors, and handle inquiries and couriers
- Manage office supplies, equipment, and facilities services
- Support organizing business trips, meetings, and events
- Log and sort mail, coordinate shipments, and administrative tasks
- Assist with car fleet, mobile devices, and attendance logs
- Manage employee benefits and maintain employee records
- Keep accurate records of office organization and inventory
- Assist with financial reports and employee expenses
Requirements:
- Work experience as an Office Administrator, Executive/Management Assistant, or similar administrative role
- University degree
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
- Discreet and trustworthy with confidential information
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- Full working proficiency in Polish and English
