Salary and Benefits

Job Description

This dynamic role involves overseeing the end-to-end customer service process for clients within the Benelux market. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring that customer needs are met in a timely manner and in compliance with company guidelines and policies.

You will collaborate closely with Sales, SCC Finance departments, Logistics, Product Managers, and Production to find innovative solutions and meet customers' expectations.

  • Create customer orders/contracts/offers & schedules in Vesuvius' ERP systems and coordinate documentation flow.
  • Provide post-sales support via handling of customer communication regarding status of orders and delivery dates, as well as responsibility for some invoicing and payment elements.
  • Coordinate customized orders and special shipping requests from customers and Sales.
  • Daily cooperation with external suppliers to ensure material and product availability for Vesuvius customers.
  • Serve as the first point of reference for customer complaints and enquiries, leveraging knowledge of basic VAT Determination Rules and Incoterms.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To excel in this position, you will require:

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role (Order Management/Customer Service).
  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • Strong knowledge of English (min. B2).
  • Fluency in French (min. B2), with Polish language skills being a desirable asset.
  • Proficiency in SAP system knowledge and Excel (intermediate level).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a solid customer service mindset.
