Salary and Benefits

The successful candidate can expect a competitive total rewards package, including a salary of 6000 PLN gross per month, as well as a language allowance of 2000 PLN gross per month.

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Expert to join our HR Services team. As a key member of our international team, you will provide support to clients' employees via various channels, including phone, webchat, and email.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing expert advice on HR procedures and employment benefits
  • Explaining how to use online HR systems
  • Investigating complex cases
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent English language skills (C1 minimum)
  • Excellent French language skills (C1 minimum)
  • Adaptability and attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Self-motivation and a willingness to learn
