About the Role
- You will develop and execute customized growth strategies for customers, understanding their business objectives, pain points, and long-term goals.
- Analyze and understand buyer behavioral styles to tailor your approach when closing sales.
- Meet or exceed sales targets, driving profitable volume growth and achieving optimal pricing levels.
Key Qualifications
- 3-5 years of sales experience, preferably in the fresh protein/disassembly industry.
- Post-secondary education in a related field.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and handle multiple projects at once.
- Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics, with knowledge of principles and methods for showcasing, promoting, and selling products.
