Job Description

Sales Development Representatives play a pivotal role in identifying and qualifying new business opportunities for SD Worx Poland Sp. z o.o.

As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for researching, qualifying, and developing target customers and inbound leads to create sales-ready opportunities. This involves building new business relationships, understanding the challenges of potential customers, and identifying valuable solutions.

  • You will create and hand over new SROs (Sales Ready Opportunities) to the sales team, including passing on relevant information.
  • Successfully handle objections through 1:1 phone conversations and utilize all social channels, such as email and LinkedIn.
  • You will work closely with the SME sales and marketing team to build a solid pipeline of qualified sales opportunities.
  • Collaborate with marketing to understand the principles of marketing campaigns.
  • Knowledge of SD Worx products and services, USPs (Unique Selling Points), competition, and roadmap is essential.
Requirements

We are seeking an experienced Sales Development Representative with 1-3 years' experience in a similar role, preferably in a SaaS or services company. Very good German and good English skills are required.

A proven track record of independently and measurably following up on leads and sales development at various management levels is necessary.

Excellent opportunity qualification skills, objection handling, and time management are crucial. Interviewing and pitching skills, creative communication, and openness to feedback and development are also essential.

Experience in using social selling tools like Google and LinkedIn for research and outreach is a plus. The ability to work in a dynamic and energetic sales team is vital.

  • The ideal candidate will have:
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce.com is not required but would be advantageous.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and data analysis tools.
