At Capita, we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Advisor to join our team in Łódź, Poland. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, ensuring their queries are resolved efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities:- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and web forms, providing accurate and timely solutions to their queries.
- Ensure day-to-day service delivery targets are met, handling all customer requests in a professional and consistent manner.
- Accurately record all customer interactions on our systems, adhering to our expected process.
- Provide a positive image and great first impression to all customers, building sustainable relationships of trust.
- Communicate effectively with customers, team members, and clients, promoting open and interactive dialogue.
- C1 English skills and C1 Dutch skills.
- Highly methodical with a thorough attention to detail.
- Excellent organisational skills and ability to work to stringent customer service SLA's and KPI's.
- Confidence and ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
- Excellent PC and data entry skills.
- Proactive attitude with the ability and ambition to develop role in the future.
- Availability to work between 10am – 6pm Monday to Friday.
- Willingness to work in a hybrid model (office in Łódź).

Your personal information will be processed for the purpose of the recruitment process, including the assessment of qualifications, aptitudes, and abilities required for the position for which you will be applying and/or future recruitment processes if you requested that by checking the relevant box below.
The legal basis for processing your personal data:
Article 6(1)(c) of GDPR (processing is necessary to fulfil a legal obligation incumbent on the controller) and Article 6(1)(b) of GDPR (processing is necessary to take action at the request of the data subject prior to entering into a contract) to the extent indicated in labor laws (including but not limited to, the extent resulting from Article 221 § 1 of the Labor Code, such as name and surname, date of birth, contact details, education, employment record to date).

Your personal information will be transferred to a processor outside the European Economic Area (EEA), located in the United Kingdom as part of a recruitment process and Hiring Managers located in different locations in the UK, Ireland, and India.
Your personal data will be stored from the day of sending your CV:
a. for a period of 6 months for the processing of your personal data in the current recruitment process for which you applied.
b. for a period of 12 months if you give your consent for the processing of your personal data for the purpose of future recruitment processes.
You have the right to request access to and rectification or erasure of your personal data, restriction of processing or the right to data portability.
The right to withdraw consent at any time is not affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.
At any time you have the right to object to the processing of your data. The provision of your personal data to the extent provided by labor law, including in particular to the extent provided by Article 221 of the Labor Code, is a statutory obligation and at the same time is necessary for you to participate in the recruitment procedure.
