Job Description:

Responsibilities:

  • Manage financial processes within area of responsibility, ensuring proper execution through Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Lead and manage the RtR team, providing guidance and support to ensure successful process execution.
  • Develop and deliver training programs for users and teams on financial processes and systems.
  • Govern access to RtR applications, ensuring security and compliance.
  • Attend Governance Meetings as required, representing the RtR function.
  • Prepare and analyze period-end reporting, including balance sheet and income statement analysis.
  • Ensure accurate control, accounting, and reporting for fixed assets, including fleet management.
  • Support ERP enhancements, ensuring smooth integration with existing systems.
  • Collaborate with internal and external auditors to identify risks and implement controls.
  • Promote continuous process improvements, monitoring performance and making recommendations for changes.
  • Maintain up-to-date process documentation, compliance, and controls, ensuring communication and education protocols are in place.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field.
  • Professional finance qualifications, such as Chartered Accountant (CA) or Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
  • Significant experience in finance and accounting, with knowledge of global business compliance and regulatory context.
  • Excellent people management skills, with ability to build and lead high-performing teams.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and issue resolution skills, with resilience to resolve complex issues.
  • Good understanding of end-to-end financial processes and policies, with practical experience in financial accounting and internal controls.
  • Strong customer focus, committed to exceeding customer expectations and driving continuous improvement.
  • Sponsorship and stakeholder management skills, with ability to engage with and influence diverse stakeholders.
  • Good IT skills, with experience in SAP an asset.
  • Very good English language skills.
  • Proven track record in implementing financial process transition and transformation programs.
  • Experience as a corporate shared services process leader or as a process leader in a business.
