Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development and Marketing Specialist to join our team in Warsaw. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the business development and marketing team in organizing and managing key materials, including credentials and marketing documents.

You will also be tasked with keeping online and internal content up to date with the latest practice and sector information, utilizing Salesforce to help the team work more efficiently and improve data management.

Additionally, you will prepare detailed client, sector, and practice overviews to support engagement efforts, working with internal stakeholders to ensure marketing materials, CVs, and other documents are accurate and ready for use.

The ideal candidate will have BIG4/LEGAL/PROFESSIONAL SERVICES EXPERIENCE IS A MUST, as well as fluency in English, a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, and strong skills in Microsoft Office, especially Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
