Job Description
  1. Lead a team of direct reports and ensure the accuracy and timeliness of payroll processing.
  2. Develop and implement processes to improve efficiency and reduce errors.
  3. Maintain strong relationships with cross-functional teams, including finance and HR.
  4. Stay up-to-date on changing regulations and laws affecting payroll in Germany.
  5. Collaborate with senior leadership to develop strategic plans for payroll and benefits.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, or Finance.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in German payroll, preferably without a vendor.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.
  • Fluency in German and English.
