- We are seeking an experienced Financial Collection Specialist to join our team at HEINEKEN Kraków.
The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring customer accounts, detecting overdue payments, and collecting data for payment/debt history. They will also be responsible for reaching out to customers to discuss their debts, owning the Customer Ledger, and acting as a Business Partner to OpCos.
In addition, the Financial Collection Specialist will work collaboratively with other HGSS teams to ensure effective delivery of collection processes and that standards are being followed. They will manage customer relationship accounts, handle incoming and outgoing calls, identify held orders, and take appropriate actions to resolve them.
