About the Job

We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Expert to join our team at Teleperformance Poland. As a key member of our payment support team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch assistance to customers via email, chat, and calls regarding acquiring or technical products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve technical issues related to card terminals and self-service portals
  • Utilize CRM, ERP, and other systems to provide effective assistance to customers
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure seamless operations
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • Fluent English language skills (spoken and written)
  • Proficiency in Danish or Finnish language
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities
  • Technical aptitude for reporting IT incidents
  • Service-minded, proactive, and self-driven approach
  • Flexible and result-oriented with a strong focus on quality
