Teleperformance Poland is seeking a highly motivated Payment Support Specialist to join our dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading European PayTech leader, where technology meets passion for customer service.

Job Summary

As a Payment Support Specialist, you will play a critical role in assisting customers with acquiring or technical product-related inquiries via email, chat, and calls. You will also collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure smooth operations and utilize CRM, ERP, and other systems to provide effective assistance to customers.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Providing technical support for card terminals and self-service portals
  • Managing administrative tasks such as updating customer details and resolving invoice-related questions
  • Collaborating with internal and external teams to ensure seamless operations
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • Fluent English language skills (spoken and written)
  • Proficiency in Danish or Finnish language
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities
  • Technical aptitude for reporting IT incidents
  • Service-minded, proactive, and self-driven approach
  • Flexible and result-oriented with a strong focus on quality
