Job Overview

As a Technical Support Agent, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our customers receive exceptional support and assistance with acquiring or technical product-related inquiries. You will work closely with internal and external teams to ensure seamless operations and utilize CRM, ERP, and other systems to provide effective assistance to customers.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Handling customer inquiries via email, chat, and calls
  • Providing technical support for card terminals and self-service portals
  • Collaborating with internal and external teams to ensure seamless operations
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • Fluent English language skills (spoken and written)
  • Proficiency in Danish or Finnish language
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities
  • Technical aptitude for reporting IT incidents
  • Service-minded, proactive, and self-driven approach
  • Flexible and result-oriented with a strong focus on quality
