Nexi Group & TP is a leading player in the European PayTech industry. We are committed to providing exceptional customer service and are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team.
Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Expert, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries via email, chat, and calls about acquiring and technical products. You will use CRM, ERP, and other systems to assist customers effectively and provide technical support for card terminals and self-service portals. Additionally, you will manage administrative tasks such as updating customer details and resolving invoice-related questions, and collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements
Fluency in English (spoken and written), fluency in Swedish or Norwegian language, prior experience in customer service or contact centers, strong communication and teamwork abilities, technical aptitude for reporting IT incidents, service-minded, proactive, and self-driven approach, flexibility and result-oriented mindset with a strong focus on quality.
