About Your Future Role

The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual who can effectively handle case investigations and customer communications. As a Junior Card Dispute Specialist, you will be responsible for translating local language communications to English, handling customer inquiries via email and/or telephone, and supporting customers in minimizing losses related to third-party fraud with payment cards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage case handling and normal production tasks.
  • Translate local language communications to English and handle customer inquiries via email and/or telephone.
  • Support customers in minimizing losses related to third-party fraud with payment cards.
  • Document work accurately in various IT systems and maintain compliance with all relevant regulations and organizational policies.
Requirements
  • Fluent in German and English (speaking and writing).
  • Experience handling customer applications and administrative tasks in a professional, positive, and effective way.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to organize and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Commitment to maintaining compliance in all actions.
