Responsibilities:

  1. Coordinating and planning logistics supply chain operations, including supplier compliance, warehousing, and goods delivery to designated destinations.
  2. Ensuring all tasks are planned safely to prevent injuries to personnel or equipment.
  3. Acting according to Noble's set of core values.
  4. Communicating effectively and timely with rigs and stakeholders.
  5. Ensuring correct and sufficient documentation for all shipments using IFS and shipping documents.
  6. Driving complex logistics solutions to meet business requirements.
  7. Creating Transport Orders (TOs) and following up with suppliers/forwarders.
  8. Actively monitoring invoice queues and resolve invoices promptly to ensure timely payment.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
  2. +2 years of experience in logistics, supply chain management, and transportation operations.
  3. Proficiency in English (min. B2+) both written and spoken.
  4. Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  5. Understanding of trade compliance rules, regulations, and laws.
  6. Ability to effectively manage complex logistics operations and mitigate potential risks.
  7. Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Teams, PowerPoint) and logistics software/systems.
  8. Ability to travel as required for new warehouse setups or to enhance local knowledge.
