Overview of the Job

This role involves working as a customer advisor in our office in Warsaw, providing high-quality support to French-speaking clients via various channels.

The ideal candidate will have fluency in French and B2-level English proficiency, with prior experience in customer service being an advantage but not essential. Full training will be provided.

Main Responsibilities
  • Providing customer support to French-speaking clients via phone, email, and live chat
  • Efficiently resolving customer inquiries and concerns to ensure a positive experience
  • Staying informed on our web services to provide accurate support and troubleshooting assistance
  • Assisting customers with placing, updating, and tracking orders, as well as all web service-related inquiries
  • Providing basic technical support to customers, helping them navigate our platforms (training provided)
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and enhance the customer experience
