As a HR Generalist at EL Passion, you will play a key role in managing various human resources functions. You will be responsible for executing a range of HR tasks including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.

  • Recruitment and Selection:

This role requires a proactive approach, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of HR policies and practices. Some of your key responsibilities include:

  • In-house recruitment: creating job descriptions and advertisements to attract top talent and conducting interviews to verify candidate skills.
  • External recruitment: developing and building an external database and cooperating with partners to ensure continuity and availability of talent.
  • Onboarding and Offboarding:

You will also be responsible for ensuring a smooth welcome for new employees and making their start as seamless as possible. In cases where we have to say goodbye, you will take care of ensuring that everyone leaves with good memories.

  • HR Administration:

You will be responsible for ensuring that all documents and procedures are up to date, from contracts to work certificates.

  • Compensation and Benefits Management:

You will work closely with the accounting and finance team to ensure that all compensations and benefits are properly calculated and distributed.

Employee Relations:

As the go-to person for the team, you will resolve problems, challenges, participate in evaluations, and support individual development, maintaining a positive atmosphere within the team.

What We Expect From You
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a recruitment/HR role.
  • Exceptional communication skills.
  • Willingness to work partly onsite (office at PL).
  • English proficiency at least B2 level.
  • A proactive, problem-solving, and can-do attitude.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
