Job Description

This HR Administration Intern role offers a unique opportunity to develop valuable skills and contribute to the success of our organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support, maintaining employee records, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities
  • Employee Services:
    • Prepare employment contracts, annexes, certificates, and other relevant documents.
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date personal files for employees.
    • Process employee requests and resolve queries promptly.
  • Payroll Processing:
    • Support the processing of payroll and ensure timely payment.
    • Verify employee data and ensure accuracy.
  • Administrative Support:
    • Assist with employee-administration matters and provide excellent customer service.
    • Perform administrative tasks, such as filing, photocopying, and data entry.
  • Regulatory Compliance:
    • Stay informed about the latest law regulations and ensure compliance across the organization.
Requirements
  • Pursuing a degree in a related field, such as Human Resources or Business Administration.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Polish is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
