Job Description

As a Senior Talent Operations Coordinator, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Managing interview scheduling: Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, communicate interview details to candidates and internal stakeholders, and ensure interview schedules are updated and maintained in our applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Systems administration: Maintain, update, and troubleshoot our ATS and other TA-related systems, manage all applicant information in our system of record, and provide training and support to new users of TA systems.
  • Reporting: Generate regular and ad-hoc reports on recruitment metrics and KPIs, analyze data to identify trends and provide insights to improve the recruitment process, and ensure accuracy and integrity of data in HR systems.
  • Talent administrative support: Conduct and manage background checks for potential hires, process and pay invoices related to recruitment activities, and support our referral process, internship programs, and employer branding activities.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • 3-5+ years of experience in a Talent Acquisition, Coordinator, or equivalent role.
  • A college degree in Human Resources Management, Organizational Psychology, or a relevant field.
  • Familiarity with sourcing, screening, and interviewing methods.
  • Basic knowledge of labor legislation.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills (verbal and written).
  • A high level of organizational aptitude and attention to detail.
  • Experience using professional social networks (LinkedIn) and proficiency in Google Office Suite products.
  • Experience working with an Applicant Tracking System or resume databases.
