We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Client Experience Manager Systems to lead our dynamic team of professionals.

The ideal candidate will manage multiple client-facing products, ensuring seamless integration and high-quality delivery.

This role requires exceptional leadership, project management, and communication skills, with a strong ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

The successful candidate will oversee the delivery of multiple client-facing projects, including the award-winning InfuseDX.

  • Manage a team of developers, technical leads, and analysts, including the management of other managers.
  • Serve as the primary communication bridge between stakeholders, ensuring clear and effective information flow.
  • Proactively identify and address potential issues or roadblocks in project delivery.
  • Coordinate work and integration efforts between internal teams and external partners.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  1. Allocate resources effectively to meet project demands and deadlines.
  2. Monitor project progress and performance, implementing corrective actions as needed.
  3. Engage in strategic planning and decision-making to align projects with business objectives.
  4. Provide regular updates and reports to senior management and stakeholders.
