Citi's Client Onboarding Team is at the heart of the company's mission to serve as a trusted partner to its clients. As a key member of this team, you will play a critical role in ensuring seamless account opening experiences for our clients.

The EMEA Trade and Treasury Services (TTS) Onboarding Team is responsible for account opening, maintenance, technical integration, and onboarding of all Cash Management products across the Citi Treasury and Trade product suite. This team is dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service and creating a positive onboarding experience for our clients.

As a TTS Documentation Specialist, you will engage with clients and internal stakeholders to coordinate the documentation process, ensuring accurate and compliant client information. You will be responsible for delivering on your portfolio of client onboarding projects, working directly with top-tier clients and their global treasury organizations.

This is a maternity cover, fixed-term role that requires strong analytical and communication skills to ensure effective coordination and execution of the documentation process. Key responsibilities include:

  • Document tailoring, issuance, validation, and execution for clients' account openings across multiple jurisdictions
  • Ensuring customer queries are answered efficiently, acting as the Single Point of Contact and engaging with Global partners where necessary
  • Enhancing the Client Experience and advocating for simplified and improved internal processes
  • Attending regular conference calls with customers to provide updates on account opening status
  • Performing a complete review and due diligence of documentation to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
  • Updating documentation and processing status in the inventory database
  • Owning client queries end-to-end using a project management approach

To succeed in this role, you will need 1-4+ years of relevant Corporate Customer Service, KYC, Financial Client Onboarding, and/or Project Management experience. Fluency in English is mandatory, and experience in a process-driven environment is preferred. Proven ability to establish business partnerships and client relationships, strong investigative and analytical skills, and ability to work independently within a team environment are essential.
