About the Role

As an IT Portfolio Management Senior Consultant, you'll play a key role in shaping and defining the Lean-Agile Portfolio Management capability within our IT organization. You'll work closely with the Portfolio Management team and managers to assess and review current practices, identify areas for improvement, and develop strategies for implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead or participate in workshops to align, review, and maintain portfolio management processes, roles, events, artifacts, and policies
  • Review the current portfolio management capability to identify improvement opportunities
  • Develop and define improvements, particularly for better integration of value definition and measurement, and consideration of value within economic frameworks for decision-making
  • Advise and coach portfolio stakeholders and their managers on adopting required practices, and present changes and report newly adopted concepts or definitions to management stakeholders

What We're Looking For

  • A University degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or Industrial Engineering, with a focus on process improvement or project management
  • Knowledge of and work experience with Lean Portfolio Management aligned to the Scaled Agile Framework
  • Work experience working with agile teams that apply methodologies or practices such as Scrum, Kanban, Extreme Programming, Test-Driven Development, and Continuous Integration
  • Willingness to learn and develop your skills and knowledge
  • Open mindset, passion for working with people, and a positive can-do attitude
  • Fluent English language skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
