Cooperation modelWe are launching a new AI-driven startup in the purchasing automation space and are looking for a Co-founder to lead the product and strategy from day one. This is a rare opportunity to create a business from scratch—with full support, equity, and strategic freedom. This role presents a unique opportunity to play a crucial role in launching a startup from scratch. In our venture building model, you will have significant control over shaping both the product and the enterprise. Your role involves strategizing and executing ambitious plans, managing operations comprehensively, and guiding a team toward peak performance. This position allows you to influence strategic direction, catalyze growth, and make a substantial impact. Ideal candidates should possess excellent networking skills and a deep insight into technology and business development. Main responsibilities as a Co-founder Co-manage the whole company, Craft and implement strategic plans to drive company growth and innovation, Direct the development of the company’s product and service offers that meet customers’ needs, Assemble and lead a high-caliber team, promoting a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence,, Monitor industry trends and technological advancements to identify opportunities for innovation, Oversee financial management of the startup, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting, Lead with a strong work ethic, integrity, and a commitment to our core values. What We’re Looking For Proven track record: 3+ years of experience in a leadership role within a startup environment, 3+ years as a CPO, Product Manager, or Product Owner, Strong understanding of AI technology and trends Proven experience in building products from scratch, including MVP development, Hands-on experience with agile product development, user validation, and iteration, Strong business acumen and ability to define go-to-market and growth strategies, Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills, Fluent in Polish and English, Entrepreneurial mindset and founder-level commitment. Nice to have: Prior experience working on AI/ML-based products Understanding of B2B procurement processes and purchasing automation Background in international teams or global product rollouts.
