The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in ServiceNow management and development, demonstrating strong problem-solving capabilities and proactive decision-making. As a trusted partner of our clients, you will play a critical role in enhancing our clients’ operational capabilities while contributing to emagine’s growth and reputation.

The primary responsibility of the ServiceNow - System Administrator / Developer will be to ensure the efficient functioning of the ServiceNow platform and to develop tailored applications to meet client needs.
Manage daily operations of the ServiceNow platform.
Develop and customize ServiceNow applications based on business requirements.
Integrate ServiceNow with other systems and tools.
Automate workflows and processes to improve efficiency.
Provide technical support and training for ServiceNow users.
Design and develop reports and dashboards to track performance metrics and KPIs.

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or related field.
At least 3 years of experience in ServiceNow administration and development.
Certifications in ServiceNow (e.g., Strong understanding of ITIL processes and best practices.
Proficient in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and REST/SOAP APIs.
Fluent in professional English, both verbal and written.
Experience with AI initiatives and automation tools.
