As a ServiceNow System Administrator, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of our ServiceNow platform. Your primary responsibilities will include:

">
  • Platform Administration: Oversee the day-to-day operations of support and maintenance, working closely with the platforms functioning team to develop new ways to overcome challenges.">
  • Application Support: Responsible for application support and operational activities, including code migrations, replications, patching, and version upgrades.">
  • MID Server Installation: Responsible for MID server installation, security fixes for application support, and debugging of performance issues and operational activities.">
  • Resource Creation: Collaborate with the ServiceNow and Monitoring tools team to create resources for requests and tasks, using workflows to handle various operations from customers.">
  • Training Development: Create and develop training plans for end-users, modifying the platform to meet diverse organizational needs.">
  • Integration and Automation: Develop a system of integration and automation processes, monitoring ServiceNow difficulties, maintenance, and usage.">
  • Customization: Create and customize UI policies, actions, scripts, pages, and business rules.">
  • Upgrade Management: Assist and manage application upgrades, loading, and data maintenance, incorporating ServiceNow and other systems.">
  • Feature Delivery: Contribute to ServiceNow software releases through configuration tasks and feature delivery.">
  • Stability Optimization: Optimize stability and usability of ServiceNow through regular application maintenance.">
  • Technical Knowledge: Possess knowledge of ServiceNow scripting, AngularJS, and JavaScript frameworks.">
  • CMDB Health Management: Manage CMDB health by using Discovery (or equivalent methods) to support Assets and Configuration.">
  • Notification Creation: Create and configure Notifications, UI pages, UI Macros, Script Includes, Formatters, in ServiceNow.">
  • Documentation Creation: Creates and maintains process and knowledge documentation for team and users.">
  • Solution Support: Support implemented and proposed solutions on the ServiceNow platform.">
  • Data Management: Load, manipulate, and maintain data between ServiceNow and other systems.">
  • Deployment Participation: Participate in deployment of features and ServiceNow releases.">
  • Requirement Implementation: Make recommendations and participate in implementing ServiceNow requirements.">
  • Architectural Control: Provide architectural controls and impact analysis for new requirements.">
  • Research and Development: Research and stay current in ServiceNow products and applicable integrated technologies.">
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with team members to design the best solutions for technical issues.">
  • Integration Responsibility: Responsible for integrations and e-bondings.">
  • Onboarding/Offboarding: Responsible for end-to-end onboarding/off-boarding of customers.">

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Excellent Management Skills: Excellent management and influencing skills, full understanding and ability to lead on all ITIL processes.">
  • ServiceNow Certification: ServiceNow CSA certified will be an added advantage.">
  • Independence: Able to work independently without significant supervision.">
  • Analytical Approach: Highly analytical in your approach.">
  • Enhancement Management: Actively manage application enhancements and fixes.">
  • Education and Experience: University Bachelor's degree in the field of computer science, business or related field with minimum of 5 years of ServiceNow administration experience.">
  • Global Teamwork: Work in global teams and support global Cross-Functional environment partnering with internal customers for requirements gathering, analysis and business process definition.">
