    You will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and support to clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty. This position involves handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining positive relationships with customers. You will serve as a brand ambassador, representing the company's values and commitment to delivering top-notch support.

  • Your responsibilities:
    • Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support
    • Acknowledging and resolving customer requests
    • Being responsible for effective contact with clients and proposing solutions to problems related to work
    • Taking care of the good image of the company among customers and providing them with the necessary assistance related to our website and products
    • Being responsible for responding to customer emails and tickets
    • Coordinating with colleagues from other departments as necessary
  • You're a perfect match for the role, if:
    • You have at least 2 years of experience in Customer Service, Sales Support or Telemarketing
    • You have excellent communication skills
    • Your English knowledge is minimum at B2 level
    • You're able to approach the client in a creative and innovative way and possess problem-solving attitude
    • You have quick reaction to new problems
    • You're open to shift work
    • You're able to effectively operate in a team
    • You have high interpersonal skills and very good manners
