Job Description

Key Responsibilities

You will be responsible for providing full secretarial support to the department. Major duties are as

follows:-

  • Answer telephone calls in a polite and professional manner
  • Arrange meetings and business trips
  • Handle expense claims, typing and filing
  • Update annual leave records and staff plan for the department
  • Assist in organising social events within the department
  • Manage new joiner arrangements
  • Assist in Ad hoc projects
  • Provide secretarial cover to other departments as required

Experience & Background

  • Bachelor or above with formal secretarial training with a minimum of one years experience or a recent graduate with good learning attitude is welcome
  • Good team player and ability to mix with all levels of staff
  • Good typing and computer skills – Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word
  • Good spoken English and Mandarin
