Consultant / Travel Program Specialist

What You'll Do

• Being a SaaS company provide end-to-end travel management, travel industry knowledge, understanding of technical travel processes
• Manage KPIs and processes to monitor the success of travel program from an operational standpoint
• Drive travel operation & stakeholder groups to deliver competitive, simple and engaging travel program
• Support the implementation of new tools and processes around traveler operations
• Maintain appropriate procedures designed to meet your Client's initiatives and objectives, and deliver services on a consistent basis
• Understand Client's needs and proactively develop a robust road map
• Provide insight on market dynamics, updates in the travel industry through proactive governance
• Influence policy thinking, providing responses to audit reports and category costs as appropriate
• Support global & regional teams with relationship management and continuous improvement activity for global travel providers,
• Provide direction and constructively challenge business stakeholders in the creation, execution and ongoing development of the program

• Strong communication skills
• Experience in working with global/multinational customers
• Excellent German and English language skills
• Very good MS Office skills
• Results-driven, pro-active and positive work attitude
