Our client is a fast-growing, innovative fintech company focused on transforming the lending landscape. We are seeking an experienced and entrepreneurial leader to launch and scale our Polish operations. This is a unique opportunity to lead a dynamic team, drive aggressive growth, and manage all aspects of our business in a key European market.
Responsibilities
- Sales Strategy & Pipeline Management:
Build, own, and aggressively manage the entire sales pipeline, ensuring consistent volume and quality of loan applications. - Channel and Partnership Development:
Identify, develop, and nurture strategic partnerships with brokers, aggregators, and key distribution channels to maximize market reach and loan origination volume. - Active Sales Execution:
Employ a hands-on approach to sales, including personally opening doors, negotiating terms, and closing significant deals with partners and high-value clients. - Market Insight & Client Focus:
Develop a deep understanding of SME client needs and optimize the loan origination process to ensure a smooth, efficient client experience. - Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work
closely with the Marketing team to align sales efforts with lead generation strategies and improve conversion rates across all channels. - Strategic Reporting:
Support the Country Manager with accurate sales reporting, performance analysis, and contributions to overall portfolio growth strategy and operational improvements. - Client Satisfaction:
Ensure high levels of client and partner satisfaction, acting as a key ambassador of the company in the Polish market.
Requirements
- Experience:
Minimum of
3 years of demonstrable success in B2B sales, with a strong preference for experience within the lending, SME finance, or fintech sectors. - Relationship Building:
A powerful focus on relationship building and proven ability to cultivate long-term, profitable partnerships with brokers, channels, and other key financial intermediaries. - Market Knowledge:
Good functional understanding of the Polish SME client segment and the intricacies of the B2B loan origination process. - Entrepreneurial Drive:
Highly motivated self-starter with a hands-on mentality and the proven capability to drive sales results independently. - Collaboration Skills:
Ability to work effectively in a lean, dynamic structure, coordinating efforts with the Marketing and Operations teams. - Language Proficiency:
Excellent communication skills in both Polish and English (preferred).
