We're on the lookout for a skilled and motivated Senior Finance Specialist to join our senior team in Poznań — and help shape the financial future of one of the world's most innovative logistics providers.Key Responsibilities

Your responsibilities

  • Verification and full processing of accounting documents.

  • Application of practical knowledge of applicable procedures, legal regulations, and company policies regarding the settlement of purchases and business travel.

  • Participation in the preparation of monthly and annual financial closings.

  • Monitoring overdue receivables.

  • Participation in the implementation of the National e-Invoice System (KSeF).

  • Assisting in the preparation of documentation for auditors and reports for corporate purposes

Requirements

What we expect

  • Knowledge of accounting principles and tax regulations- Polish GAAP, IFRS would be nice to have

  • Strong data analysis skills, accuracy, and attention to detail.

  • Familiarity with business travel settlement regulations.

  • Ability to identify and resolve discrepancies in settlements and correctly post them to the general ledger.

  • Fluent in Polish and English language at a level sufficient to work in an international environment.

  • Good self-organization and stress resilience.

  • Very good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel.

  • Experience in a similar position within the SAP system will be an additional asset.
