Key Responsibilities

  • Own and execute the paid media strategy across Google Ads, Bing, Meta, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), Capterra, and other relevant platforms
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of two PPC specialists
  • Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaigns to improve key metrics (CPA, CAC, ROAS)
  • Develop and manage the paid media budget with a focus on efficiency and ROI
  • Design and run A/B tests, experiments, and creative iterations across platforms
  • Report on campaign performance, insights, and recommendations regularly
  • Work cross-functionally with internal marketing teams, to ensure cohesive messaging and performance alignment
  • Stay up to date with digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in performance marketing, ideally in a B2B SaaS or digital product environment
  • Experience managing a team and working with cross-functional stakeholders
  • Deep hands-on expertise with Google Ads with proven experience managing campaigns across additional paid channels like LinkedIn, and Meta.
  • Proven track record managing successful paid acquisition campaigns across channels and geographies
  • Strong analytical skills and experience using data to inform strategy and drive decision-making
  • Fluency in English with excellent communication skills (written and spoken)
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, results-driven environment

Nice to Have

  • Experience with tools like GA4, Looker Studio, PowerBI, HubSpot, or similar
  • Familiarity with PLG and self-serve acquisition funnels
  • Experience working with design or creative teams on ad concepts and iterations
