About the Client

Our client is a global leader in the automotive and industrial solutions sector, known for innovation, sustainability, and a strong focus on technology-driven transformation. You will join an international team responsible for ensuring smooth operation and support of key business applications used worldwide.

It's a hybrid role, based in Wrocław.

What you will do


• Provide first and second-line application support for internal users across Europe.


• Troubleshoot issues, identify root causes, and ensure timely resolution or escalation.


• Collaborate closely with technical teams and business stakeholders to enhance user experience.


• Monitor system performance and proactively suggest improvements.


• Maintain accurate documentation and knowledge base updates.

What we are looking for


• Fluency in
Italian and English
(both written and spoken).


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric mindset.


• Experience in
application or IT support
, preferably in an international environment.


• Ability to navigate systems and perform basic troubleshooting.


• Familiarity with tools such as
ServiceNow (SNOW)
will be a strong asset.
