We are seeking a talented individual to join our Insurance Placement and Policy Servicing Team at the European Business Support Center (EBSC), a part of Marsh McLennan Group. This role is based in Warsaw and is a hybrid position requiring at least three days per week in the office.

As a Team Leader, you will manage a team that supports the policy renewal process and liaise with clients, insurers, and internal stakeholders — Marsh insurance brokers across Europe.

We will count on you to:

  • Lead and support a team of approximately 15 members in the policy servicing process, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Coordinate communication with clients, insurers, and Marsh insurance brokers from various European countries.
  • Manage and monitor policy renewal process (client renewal list, claims statistics, loss reports, premium proposals, and policy summaries).
  • Drive project management initiatives within the team, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business goals.
  • Foster a collaborative and motivated team environment by providing coaching and development opportunities.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance service quality and operational efficiency.

What you need to have:

  • A higher education diploma.
  • Very good command of English, both written and spoken.
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience as a people manager, with full responsibility for team management including recruitment, coaching, performance monitoring, and development.
  • Proven project management experience in an international environment.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
