Global Enterprise Partners is currently seeking an experienced
E-Invoicing Consultant
to support a high-impact project focused on implementing Poland's e-invoicing requirements. This role is critical to ensuring compliance with Polish tax regulations while maintaining operational continuity across complex billing and ERP systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the analysis and optimization of the client's invoicing processes to align with Polish e-invoicing (KSeF) requirements.
  • Act as the bridge between the tax, billing, and technical stakeholders.
  • Provide expert guidance on Polish tax regulations, especially around pre-approval and government-issued invoice numbers.
  • Define and document XML e-invoice specifications and workflows.
  • Identify process gaps and system discrepancies; propose and implement practical solutions.
  • Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of new invoice formats and workflows.
  • Support integration with legacy systems and SAP S/4HANA for both sending and receiving invoices.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in e-invoicing projects, ideally with KSeF or similar government-mandated platforms.
  • Strong understanding of Polish tax and invoicing regulations.
  • Experience working with XML invoice formats and ERP systems (SAP S/4HANA a plus).
  • Ability to manage cross-functional stakeholders and communicate technical requirements clearly.
  • Fluent in Polish and English.
