Retail Excellence Manager - Globally successful consumer health company in search of Polish -based retail/trade marketing managers

Remote across Poland - will some travel required

We're partnered with a globally successful and established consumer health company focusing on self care products in the FMCG/Consumer Health industry, committed to delivering innovation, executional excellence, and sustainable growth across markets. As the
Retail Excellence Manager
, you will play a pivotal role in delivering winning retail excellence and brand activation for the company's products in Central Europe. This is a managerial position with team members based in multiple neighbouring regions.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Deliver on the retail excellence and brand activation business goals and strategy - translating this into winning executional plans in market
  • Collaborate with country and category managers, driving consistency of sellling tools across categories and delivery in time for key selling cycles
  • Partner with sales and marketing to execute on annual plans in market across all category priorities, leading POS requirements & delivery for priority categories in local market
  • Manage a multi-regional team of retail specialists, building the overall retail excellence capability and contributing to the overall commercial strategy to elevate the customer development experience

Requirements:

  • 5-8 years of experience in large FMCG/consumer health environment - ideally in shopper, brand activation, trade marketing, or sales teams
  • Channel understanding - experienced in Central European-based FMCG retail channels
  • 2+ years of people management experience is required
  • Experienced in leading cycle planning and working with internal sales/commercial leadership partners and retailers
  • Ability to understand and translate analytical insights
  • Fluent in written and spoken English
