Job description:

 Location: Warsaw/Wroclaw

As a Supply Chain Brand Manager, you are responsible for developing and executing the purchasing strategy for the Pizza Hut brand. The role ensures smooth supply operations, efficient execution of brand promotions and projects, and alignment with AmRest's procurement standards to support operational excellence and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement purchasing strategies aligned with brand goals,
  • Ensure excellent supply service for venues to support customer experience,
  • Coordinate cross-functional activities with departments such as NPD, Marketing, Operations, and Training, ensuring smooth execution of initiatives and maintaining excellent communication flow,
  • Supervise AOP planning and execution for the brand,
  • Manage supply chain projects and promotional launches on time and within budget,
  • Monitor product availability and inventory regularly, including during promotional periods,
  • Prepare cost calculations and supply documentation in line with franchisor standards,
  • Participate in brand meetings, share market insights, and contribute to strategic improvements.

Requirements for Candidate

  • Fluent English
     – spoken and written,
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
     – for effective collaboration,
  • Strong organizational skills
     – to manage multiple priorities,
  • Proactive and self-driven approach
     – with the ability to take ownership and work independently,
  • Higher education
     (preferred) in
    Logistics, Supply Chain, Economics or related fields
    ,
  • Experience in supply chain or procurement is a plus.
