About the Role

You will be the driving force behind the setup and early development of RegioJet's operations in Poland. This is not a "coordination only" role—this is about
making things happen
. You will lead and execute tasks across operations, regulatory requirements, infrastructure, partnerships, local team building, and go-to-market activities.

What You Will Do

  • Lead and coordinate the setup and growth of RegioJet's operations in Poland
  • Develop structure, processes, schedules, and priorities in an environment where many things are happening at once.
  • Manage timelines, dependencies, risks, and deliverables—
    and ensure deadlines are met
    .
  • Work closely with internal teams in the Czech Republic.
  • Coordinate with Polish authorities, operators, vendors, and partners.
  • Track progress transparently and report measurable results to senior leadership.

Who We're Looking For

  • Hands-on builder
    with proven experience launching or scaling new organizations, business units, services, or operations.
  • Someone who enjoys creating order, processes, and clarity where none exists yet.
  • Strong practical experience—
    we want to see real achievements, not just titles
    .
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and stay focused under time pressure.
  • Great communicator able to align multiple stakeholders.
  • Based in
    Warsaw
    or willing to relocate.
  • Fluent
    Polish
    +
    English or Czech
    (both highly valued).

What You Bring

  • 4–8+ years of experience in project or operations management (transport, logistics, infrastructure, or similar fields is a plus).
  • Demonstrable successes with measurable outcomes: project completions, launches, savings, improvements, or operational KPIs.
  • Strong organizational and planning skills.
  • Analytical mindset and readiness to solve unexpected challenges on the spot.
